Welcome to our Parish of St Thomas Aquinas, Tauranga Moana

The Parish of St Thomas Aquinas was formed from the amalgamation of St Joseph’s (Te Puna) and St Mary Immaculate (Tauranga) in January 2015. It is one of the largest parishes in the Diocese of Hamilton. There are many groups and activities within the parish that cater for our multi-cultural Catholic Community.

This website provides details of some of these activities and other Catholic organisations.

We hope this virtual introduction encourages you to visit us in reality, and to participate in the life of our parish.

The Aquinas College Assumption Mass, Friday 14th August, has been cancelled…….

Due to a roof leak in the Aquinas College gymnasium the scheduled Assumption Mass on Friday 14th August at 11.10am has unfortunately been cancelled.

There will also be a Votive Mass to Our Lady at St Mary Immaculate: 10am Saturday 15th August
